Nova Panorámica is developing a complete range of services and sporting installations, shopping centres, health, education and recreational centres that will create a small city that has everything that is necessary. With a wide range of services that will facilitate the life of any resident, allowing them to shop comfortably, enjoy the walks and the recreational zones and practise a wide variety of sporting activities.
Golf Course
With its spectacularly designed course the Panorámica Golf & Country Club is the only Spanish course designed by Bernhard Langer. Its 18 holes are surrounding by typical Mediterranean landscape complimented by one of the best training centres in Europe with 2 practise ranges of 350 metres and 3 holes par 3.
The Panorámica Golf & Country Club is manager by Sotogrande (Aymerich Golf Management) one of the Spanish leaders in Golf Course Management with more than 14 courses under its direction. Amongst those are the prestigious course of Almenara and La reserva Sotogrande in Cádiz, Zaudín in Seville and La Real Sociedad Hípica in San Sebastián de los Reyes.
Commercial Zone
More than 24.000 m2 are planned for the development of a hotel, congress and convention centre and a SPA amongst other basic commercial services.
Sporting Zone
A complete sporting zone is planned with the installation of a Pitch & Putt of 18 holes and a full size football pitch. Four tennis courts, eight for Paddle Tennis and two multi-purpose courts complete these installations of more that 125.000 m2
Green Zones
Nova Panorámica has 370.000 m2 of woodland with recreation areas joined with roads that complete a perimeter ring around the urbanization of over 4 kilometres.
Infrastructures
More than 106.000 m2 have been reserved for the placement of other installations that the urbanization might need - school, horse riding etc.
Services and Installations
The urbanization has a 24 hour security service, fully piped natural gas and ADSL is being installed throughout. Additionally there is an ApartHotel (Panorámica Golf Residence), restaurants and cafeterias.
Transport Links
There is a direct road connection with the beaches and tourist centres of Vinaròs and Peñiscola, that will be improved in the future.
